Short Version:
In the Year of Our Lord, Ten Sixty Six, no less than six men held, vied for, or hoped to achieve the throne of the King of England.
One died at peace in his bed.
He would be proclaimed a saint with a century of his passing.
Four of them led armies into ruthless battle against each other.
Three died violently in battles that changed the world.
One gave over all his hopes and royal claims, and thus survived.
Only one man amongst them emerged victorious.
