I have been harboring the idea for a movie based on the year 1066 for a long while.
I went to Normandy, Norway and Britain in 1994 to research that historic year when England was conquered. It has been 14 years since I made my pilgrimage to Stamford Bridge and Battle Abbey, the actual site where the “Battle of Hastings” was fought.
It is time to start bringing some dreams to reality.
